Hyatt Corporation is seeking a seasoned Revenue Management professional to lead our German hotels to success. As an Area Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share objectives across our portfolio of managed hotels in Germany.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership support to our hotels, overseeing revenue management processes, implementing effective market pricing, distribution, and channel management strategies. You will also be responsible for training and developing revenue management best practices for current and future Hyatt hotels in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and market share objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to on-property Revenue teams to achieve total hotel revenue and market share objectives
  • Assist in implementing Hyatt's global distribution strategy in Germany and aligning hotel activities to grow profitable room nights through Direct Channels and improve profitability of intermediated channels
  • Work with counterparts in Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Rooms to develop hotel-specific sales strategies and programs to drive revenue and meet hotels' business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management
  • Good understanding of revenue management analytics and pricing systems
