Job Summary

Hyatt Corporation is seeking an experienced Area Director of Revenue Optimization to lead our revenue management efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to drive growth and profitability across our portfolio of hotels in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and market share objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies and programs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue management decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, operators, and industry partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business, or finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
