We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Europe South sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales plays and account management. As the Team Lead Sales Europe South, you will be responsible for expanding and leading a high-performing account management team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to maximize performance and productivity, fostering a culture of high achievement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and execution, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer enablement teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Optimize sales processes using CRM systems for effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Conduct account forensics to enable a data-driven, customized sales approach.
  • Design and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally within a product-led-growth organization.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven success in building relationships and driving growth with large accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and optimize processes systematically.
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, or other professional services.
  • Skilled at identifying trends across accounts and developing actionable hypotheses.
  • Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English plus one additional language (French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese).
