- Optimize sales processes using CRM systems for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- Conduct account forensics to enable a data-driven, customized sales approach.
- Design and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market trends to senior management.
- 8-10+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally within a product-led-growth organization.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Proven success in building relationships and driving growth with large accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and optimize processes systematically.
- Experience in management consulting, financial services, or other professional services.
- Skilled at identifying trends across accounts and developing actionable hypotheses.
- Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
- Proactive and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English plus one additional language (French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese).
