Director of Business Operations for R&D

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project coordination, ensuring effective allocation of tasks aligned with established priorities and objectives for project completion. Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Group Technologies to monitor milestones, action items, and deadlines related to these projects.
- Serve as a liaison between the Technology teams, managing the SVP's correspondence by prioritizing, drafting, and distributing communications as necessary.
- Prepare and review decision papers, working documents, reports, and status updates.
- Maintain internal data systems, organizing filing and documentation processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills across Quality, IT, Finance, Product Management, and External Engineers & Designers.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Solid technical understanding.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
- High degree of personal initiative and responsibility.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and open to challenges.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Extensive project management experience.
