Product Management Director for Wheeled Goods

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to lead our Wheeled Goods product category at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's commercial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage product portfolios, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Train and guide Marketing, Sales, and Global Training teams on product category direction.
- Present product concepts and stories to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend product directions and marketing strategies to support sales activation.
- Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns to effectively reach defined consumer groups.
- Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of introducing and developing innovative products in the technical durable goods segment.
- Substantial product management background, coupled with strong leadership and management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language.
