About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to lead the development and growth of our wheeled goods product category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing product portfolios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage product portfolios, including lifecycle planning, prioritization, and commercial success monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Train and guide Marketing, Sales, and Global Training teams on product category direction.
- Present product concepts and stories to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend product directions and marketing strategies to support sales activation.
- Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns to achieve defined consumer group objectives.
- Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of introducing and developing innovative products in technical durable goods (B2C).
- Substantial product management background coupled with strong leadership and management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language.
