Internship Responsibilities
At Procter & Gamble, we view Supply Network Operations as the core engine of value creation. The challenge of delivering a diverse range of products to our customers' shelves in optimal quantities, at the right time, and with impeccable quality is a daily endeavor.
In this role, you will assist in making strategic decisions regarding our supply chain operations. These decisions aim to enhance customer service while simultaneously reducing costs and optimizing cash flow.
Throughout your internship, you may lead a project focused on internal supply chain after-sales processes. You might also collaborate with customers to design and implement various supply chain initiatives in after-sales markets. Additionally, you could oversee projects related to P&G's after-sales warehousing and transportation operations or spearhead cost-saving initiatives.
Understanding the challenges of this role, we ensure that each intern receives a tailored learning plan to provide the necessary coaching, mentorship, and training to support their contributions.
Candidate Profile
- You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, having completed at least two semesters with strong academic performance.
- You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and a keen interest in supply chain management.
- You work well with diverse teams, fostering creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborative work.
- Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous internships, work experience, or studies abroad are advantageous.
