INTERNSHIP ROLE
At Procter & Gamble, we view Supply Network Operations as the core engine of value creation. The challenge of ensuring that thousands of diverse products are available on store shelves in optimal quantities, at the right time, and with impeccable quality is what makes this role exciting.
Based at our DACH Headquarters, you will assist in making strategic decisions regarding our supply chain operations. These decisions aim to enhance customer service while simultaneously reducing costs and improving cash flow.
During your internship, you may lead an internal project focused on supply chain after-sales processes. Alternatively, you could collaborate with clients on the design and implementation of various supply chain initiatives in after-sales markets. You might also oversee a project related to P&G's after-sales warehousing and transportation operations or spearhead a cost-reduction initiative.
Recognizing the challenges of this role, we ensure that each intern receives a tailored learning plan, providing the necessary coaching, mentorship, and training to support their work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with at least two semesters completed and a strong academic record.
- You are available for a period of 3 to 6 months.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and a keen interest in supply chain topics.
- You work well with diverse teams, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborative work.
- You are proficient in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Previous internships, work experience, and international studies are advantageous.
