INTERNSHIP ROLE
At Procter & Gamble, we view Supply Network Operations as the driving force behind value creation. The challenge of delivering a diverse range of products to our customers in optimal quantities, at precise times, and with impeccable quality is a daily endeavor.
In our DACH Headquarters, you will assist in making strategic decisions regarding our supply chain operations. These decisions aim to enhance customer service while simultaneously reducing costs and optimizing cash flow.
Throughout your internship, you may lead an internal project focused on supply chain after-sales. Alternatively, you could collaborate with customers on the design and implementation of various supply chain initiatives in after-sales markets. You might also oversee a project related to P&G's after-sales warehousing and transportation operations or spearhead a cost-saving initiative.
Recognizing the challenges of this role, we ensure that each intern receives a tailored learning plan, providing the necessary coaching, mentorship, and training to support their contributions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, having completed at least two semesters with strong academic performance.
- You are available for a period of 3-6 months.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and a keen interest in supply chain topics.
- You work effectively with diverse teams, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborative work.
- You are proficient in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Previous internships, work experience, and international studies are advantageous.
