Your Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer (m/f/d), your diverse responsibilities will encompass:

  • Evaluating and enhancing production methodologies
  • Designing and deploying production machinery and systems
  • Conducting product evaluations
  • Optimizing existing production equipment and automation processes
  • Planning, estimating, and executing technical projects
  • Assessing and comparing options for technical development
  • Collaborating with machinery suppliers
  • Increasing personnel accountability for production teams

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Completed university degree in a technical discipline (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and quick learning aptitude
  • Participation in extracurricular activities
  • Excellent communication, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of coordinating effectively
  • Internships and/or international experience
  • Proficient in English and German
