Join Our Team as a Production / Engineering Intern

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Production / Engineering interns. As a Production / Engineering intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the field of production and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new technologies in production to improve efficiency and quality
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity
  • Develop concepts for raw material handling to improve supply chain management
  • Reduce resource usage in processes to minimize environmental impact
  • Improve packaging efficiency to reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction
  • Enhance supply chain management by optimizing material flows, reducing stock, simplifying work processes, and minimizing material losses
  • Implement statistical process control (SPC) for monitoring and validating manufacturing processes and products
Requirements:
  • At least 3 semesters of a technical university degree (such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, plastics technology, industrial engineering)
  • Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Above-average academic performance
  • Extra-curricular activities
  • Ability to communicate, assertiveness, and teamwork
  • Good knowledge of English and German
