Role Responsibilities
At Procter & Gamble, we view Supply Network Operations as the driving force behind value creation. The challenge of ensuring that a diverse range of products reaches our customers' shelves in optimal quantities, at the right time, and with impeccable quality is a daily endeavor.
In our DACH Headquarters, you will assist in making strategic decisions that shape our supply chain operations. These decisions aim to enhance customer service while simultaneously optimizing costs and cash flow.
During your internship, you may lead an internal project focused on supply chain after-sales processes. Alternatively, you could collaborate with customers on designing and executing various supply chain initiatives in after-sales markets. You might also oversee a project related to P&G's after-sales warehousing and transportation operations or spearhead a cost-reduction initiative.
Recognizing the challenges involved, we ensure that each intern receives a tailored learning plan, providing the necessary coaching, mentorship, and training to support their contributions.
Candidate Profile
- You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, having completed at least two semesters with strong academic performance.
- You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrate leadership potential, and have a keen interest in supply chain topics.
- You effectively collaborate with diverse teams, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
- You are proficient in both English and German, both written and spoken.
- Previous internships, work experience, and international studies are advantageous.
