Join our Team as Head of Financial Control (m/f/x)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop a dedicated controlling team, ensuring technical and managerial excellence.
  • Oversee comprehensive liquidity management across the organization.
  • Analyze, develop, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with management, financial institutions, and private equity stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support to management, preparing essential decision-making documents.
  • Serve as the primary advisor for business units regarding financial performance insights.
  • Coordinate monthly reporting processes with the Accounting department.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and reports on income and expenditure trends, balance sheet evaluations, and cash flow assessments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project controlling with significant leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as ThinkCell, Lucanet, and Power-BI is advantageous.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, complemented by a self-directed work style.
  • Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
