Exciting Opportunity for a Risk Management Professional
We are seeking a dedicated Risk Manager to oversee our initiatives in the EU Surface Transportation sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key focus areas to ensure effective risk mitigation across various business lines while promoting a robust risk culture through a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Risk training initiative for Surface Transportation to cultivate a risk-aware environment.
- Work collaboratively with business units to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring thorough tracking and reporting of actions taken.
- Adopt a comprehensive approach to problem-solving, engaging with global teams as necessary.
- Develop and implement controls to prevent the recurrence of identified risks.
- Assess new and emerging risks to evaluate their potential impact on operations.
- Establish trust and foster impactful relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk prevention, or related fields.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional certification in auditing or similar credentials in risk or compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
