Risk Management Program Lead

We are looking for a committed Risk Management Program Lead to become an integral part of our innovative team at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). In this role, you will be essential in managing risk reduction initiatives and promoting a culture of risk consciousness within our Surface Transportation sector. By collaborating with various teams, you will spearhead the creation and execution of a thorough risk training initiative aimed at addressing potential challenges across diverse regions.
- Design and oversee the Risk training initiative for Surface Transportation
- Work alongside business units to effectively manage risks
- Monitor and document risk management activities
- Collaborate with international teams to tackle intricate issues
- Establish controls to avert the recurrence of risks
- Assess new and emerging risks to evaluate their potential impact
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Background in compliance program management, legal affairs, governance, auditing, risk/loss prevention, or a related field
- Experience in handling sensitive information
- Professional auditing certification or similar risk/compliance qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience in defining program requirements and making data-driven decisions
