Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Oversee and nurture customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and aspirations.
  • Spot and pursue growth avenues while executing strategies to attract new clientele.
  • Facilitate successful negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal departments to formulate lucrative proposals for clients.
  • Effectively market products and services to potential customers.
  • Examine data to deliver updates and valuable insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and strategies to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of expertise in Key Account Management.
  • Background in the Factoring and/or financial services sector.
  • Strong grasp of sales and marketing principles for software products.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
