About the Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies across all business units to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify target markets and develop value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify target clients and develop sales strategies.
  • Drive and support various strategic projects, such as cross-selling initiatives.
  • Prepare management meetings and present sales strategies and results.

Requirements

  • Approx. 2-4 years of professional experience in corporate development teams or management consulting, ideally with a focus on sales.
  • Highly motivated to become acquainted with facility management.
  • Ability to develop convincing strategic concepts for the top management level.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong social, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing own projects or workstreams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data affinity.
