Job Title: Sales Program Manager - Renewal Quoting

Job Summary:

The Renewal Quoting team is responsible for assisting Renewal Specialists and Customer Success Managers in identifying and executing on sales opportunities and providing renewal quotations for Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud customers. As a Sales Ops Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing programs related to the Renewal Quoting programs. The team is accountable for enabling the success of renewal AOP for NetApp. This role is pivotal in driving a transformational approach to renewals quoting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process changes in core tools to improve inside sales rep productivity.
  • Suggest modifications to policies, rules of engagement, compensation plans, and benchmark inside sales against key drivers of productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the overall success of renewal programs.
  • Work with data analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement large-scale initiatives to improve sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Renewal Quoting, renewal business, and/or installed base churn activities.
  • Proven record of improving inside sales rep productivity by focusing on systems, process, and programs.
  • Passion for data analytics and experience with defining, planning, and operationalizing large initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert within a team environment.
  • Experience in the high-tech industry with familiarity with go-to-market strategies.
  • Creative and thought-through approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated Program Management experience and project execution success.

Education:

  • BTech or any other related field with a minimum 5-8 years of experience, including at least 5+ years of project management experience and PMP Certification preferred.
