Job Summary

We are seeking a talented IT Program Manager to join our team in Ettlingen, Paris, or Berlin. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing our programs throughout their implementation, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring program excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive program performance and ensure program excellence by respecting and monitoring program KPIs during the three phases: Planning, Execution, and Closure.
  • Manage customer relations by understanding, collecting, and analyzing customer needs.
  • Negotiate and draft functional and technical legal documents in cooperation with our legal department.
  • Identify further customer needs and share them with our Sales team.
  • Lead our quality process and standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
  • Ability to set clear expectations with an empathic and friendly way of communicating.
  • Experience in program management based on complex and multi-technology systems delivery.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile project environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management to coordinate key points with your project team, product owners, the engineering team, and our customers.
  • Professional proficiency in English and one of the following: French or German.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or IPMA certificate, combined with experience in PKI or security tech companies.
