Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Lead the implementation of Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, and other key SF modules
- Manage interfaces for process improvement and optimize system integration
- Oversee local and global projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Analyze and troubleshoot cross-module errors, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Design and implement test and quality assurance systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support release updates and interface management, ensuring seamless system operation
- Ensure legal compliance and regulatory requirements adherence, maintaining a high level of data security and integrity
- Consult with customers on HR process optimization and digitalization, providing expert advice and guidance
- Develop technical application descriptions and workbooks, facilitating user understanding and adoption
- Conduct training courses for testers and users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development
Your Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, or equivalent
- Experience in technical support of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Project management skills and IT proficiency, with a focus on process improvement and system optimization
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consulting expertise and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes
- Intercultural sensitivity and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation
