Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Take primary responsibility for Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, and deputise for other SF modules
- Manage interfaces and processing to improve quality
- Lead local and global projects
- Analyse and troubleshoot cross-module errors for individual SF modules
- Implement and manage a tool-supported test and quality assurance system
- Support the release manager for release updates
- Interface with SAP HCM (Business Integration Builder) to SuccessFactors, including HR Data Management
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements from an HR systems perspective
- Advise and support customers in optimising and digitalising global HR processes
- Develop specialised concepts and support HR demand management towards IT
- Create legally compliant technical application descriptions/workbooks
- Conduct training courses for testers and users
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
- Good project management and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and high IT affinity
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Professional and technical consulting expertise combined with analytical problem-solving skills
- Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skills
