Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Lead the development of Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, and other SuccessFactors modules
- Manage interfaces and processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Implement local and global projects, ensuring seamless integration with SAP HCM
- Analyze and troubleshoot cross-module errors, ensuring optimal system performance
- Develop and implement functional tests for changes and projects in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Support the release manager in updating SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Advise and support customers in optimizing global HR processes, leveraging digitalization and innovation
- Develop specialized concepts and technical application descriptions for HR demand management
- Conduct training sessions for testers and users
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, combined with SAP HCM expertise
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and high IT affinity
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Professional consulting expertise, combined with analytical problem-solving skills
- Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skills
