Senior Professional: HR Information Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Lead the development of Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, and other SuccessFactors modules
  • Manage interfaces and processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Implement local and global projects, ensuring seamless integration with SAP HCM
  • Analyze and troubleshoot cross-module errors and issues
  • Develop and maintain a tool-supported test and quality assurance system
  • Support the release manager for release updates and ensure smooth transitions
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize global HR processes
  • Design and implement specialized concepts, including technical aspects and HR demand management
  • Develop legally compliant technical application descriptions and workbooks
  • Conduct training sessions for testers and users
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, combined with SAP HCM expertise
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and high IT affinity
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Professional consulting expertise, combined with analytical problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skills
