Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Oversee Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, and other essential SF modules
- Manage interfaces to enhance processes
- Lead local and global project initiatives
- Conduct cross-module error analysis and troubleshooting
- Implement testing and quality assurance systems
- Support release updates and interface management
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Consult and assist clients in optimizing HR processes and digitalization
- Create technical application documentation and workbooks
- Facilitate training sessions for testers and users
Your Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in providing technical support for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Project management capabilities and IT proficiency
- Fluency in German and English
- Consulting skills and problem-solving abilities
