Job Summary

We're seeking a Business Development Manager - Waterbased Coatings to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining a network of industry contacts, and supporting the introduction of new products into the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders
  • Support the introduction of new products into the market, including product training and customer support
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance their understanding of our products and services
  • Monitor and measure sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Related university degree or broad industrial experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/commercial experience in the paper, packaging, or coatings industry
  • Strong influencer and networker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically about end-to-end solutions
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and persistent
