The Delivery Service Partnerships Manager serves as a crucial advisor and operational partner to our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). This role is essential in assisting DSP business owners to establish and expand successful last-mile delivery operations within Amazon Logistics (AMZL).
This position not only initiates new business ventures but also upholds the standards of excellence that our partners aspire to achieve. The manager will provide guidance on enhancing business operations and will collaborate closely with OTR managers to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement enhancements at the network level to elevate the DSP owner experience.
- Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships between Amazon and DSP partners, focusing on improving DSP sentiment.
- Communication Alignment: Ensure effective communication with DSP business owners through close collaboration with OTR partners.
- Advocacy: Represent DSP interests within the AMZL business and ensure their voices are heard.
- Coaching: Provide training and ensure effective use of operational tools among DSP owners.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze customer metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Safety Compliance: Collaborate with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to uphold safety standards across operations.
- Scaling Support: Assist owners in scaling their businesses and managing operational challenges, ensuring they are well-resourced for peak periods.
