The Team:

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team is pivotal in propelling the rapid growth of Celonis through its Partner Ecosystem. Acting as Business Partners to Ecosystem leadership, we facilitate decision-making, promote execution, and guide the business direction. Positions within this team blend traditional roles in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and business analytics, necessitating a combination of strategy formulation, market entry design, market research, sales enhancement, and operational support.

The Role:

As a GTM Strategy & Operations Intern, you will support the GTM leadership in advancing Celonis's success by crafting innovative market entry strategies and aiding our business growth initiatives. Your projects will range from strategic assessments to operational tasks, including market opportunity evaluations, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline assessments, and regular monitoring of key performance indicators.

This role involves collaboration with various departments (Process & Tools, Analytics, Finance, etc.) and offers exposure to senior management.

The work you'll do:

Develop analyses and presentations to facilitate management decision-making Identify critical opportunities for business enhancement through analytics, quantitative insights, and sound business judgment Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the GTM organization Support the annual global GTM planning process, including budgeting, workforce planning, organizational design, sales territory, and target planning

The qualifications you need:

BSc/MSc/MBA degree or equivalent Internship experience in Sales Operations, SaaS industry, Consulting, or Investment Banking (multiple previous internships are advantageous) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent analytical and communication abilities Proficient in spoken and written English (German is a plus, but not essential) Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Availability for a minimum of 6 months due to comprehensive onboarding
