Sales Operations Intern

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Working Student (m/f/d) who is eager to embark on an exciting remote/hybrid journey as our team expands. You will collaborate closely with our entire sales team and our founder, Pascal, assisting in uncovering new customer opportunities across various markets. As an integral part of our growing team, your contributions will be vital to our long-term business success.

Your Mission
  • Identifying leads and opportunities to empower our sales team, enhancing their active sales time by supporting them in customer engagement and delivering pertinent information.
  • Preparing and refining our sales reporting to facilitate informed decision-making based on data, which is a core value at acto.
  • Streamlining and analyzing our sales processes (including technical processes in HubSpot) along with maintaining CRM data.
  • Contributing innovative ideas that enhance acto's operations and collaborating with us to implement these initiatives.
Your Profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a German University Program pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment and enjoy tackling new challenges.
  • You possess strong analytical and organizational skills and are an effective communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • You are driven, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring complex topics.
  • You have exceptional oral and written proficiency in German (C1) and English.
  • Ideally, you have acquired initial experience at a SaaS company or within a complex sales organization in the realms of Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.
