Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director in Renault Trucks Germany. As a key member of our country management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor financial performance of sales activities and develop strategies to improve profitability
- Lead Business Control activities and align with HQ on financial forecasts and performance
- Work with Accounting and Tax Shared Services to ensure smooth business operations
- Responsible for overall Sales Support activities, including forecasting, invoicing, and commercial risk management
- Advise the Managing Director and Management Team on financial developments, potential risks, and mitigation plans
- University degree and/or MBA in Business Administration or related field
- Formal training in leadership, communication, and people skills
- Minimum 5 years of senior line management experience
- Broad generalist with functional area expertise
- Good understanding of retail business and environment, preferably in commercial vehicles
- Fluent in German and English
