About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director in Renault Trucks Germany. As a key member of our country management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial performance of sales activities and develop strategies to improve profitability
  • Lead Business Control activities and align with HQ on financial forecasts and performance
  • Work with Accounting and Tax Shared Services to ensure smooth business operations
  • Responsible for overall Sales Support activities, including forecasting, invoicing, and commercial risk management
  • Advise the Managing Director and Management Team on financial developments, potential risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements
  • University degree and/or MBA in Business Administration or related field
  • Formal training in leadership, communication, and people skills
  • Minimum 5 years of senior line management experience
  • Broad generalist with functional area expertise
  • Good understanding of retail business and environment, preferably in commercial vehicles
  • Fluent in German and English
