We are seeking highly driven, analytically-oriented graduates to participate in our Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program focused on Vendor Management.

Program Overview

This comprehensive 24-month program provides you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international setting. You will receive guidance from senior leaders, experts, and mentors from day one, ensuring your professional growth.

Throughout the program, you will rotate through various teams, allowing you to experience different facets of the business. Your rotations will be tailored to align with your skills and career aspirations, enabling you to engage in strategic projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Vendor Management Focus

In this role, you will act as an entrepreneur within the organization, managing relationships with strategic suppliers and product categories.

  • Engage with new suppliers, negotiate terms, and make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our Retail operations
Partner Management Focus

This aspect of the program involves supporting retailers on a national and international scale to achieve success.

  • Provide independent advice to a diverse range of partners and enhance their online presence
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Conduct data-driven analyses for strategic projects and present findings to management
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Completion of at least two internships in relevant areas
  • Experience in an international context
  • Proficiency in Excel
