About the Program:
We are seeking highly driven, analytically inclined graduates to participate in our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program. This program offers a diverse range of challenging experiences within the realms of Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace).

Throughout the 24-month trainee program, you will receive guidance from senior leaders, experts, and mentors, ensuring you acquire practical knowledge in a fast-paced, international setting from day one through hands-on training. You will have the chance to rotate through various teams, allowing you to explore different Amazon divisions. Your rotations will be tailored in collaboration with your manager, focusing on your skills and developmental objectives. Each rotation will involve active participation in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
At the conclusion of the trainee program, you will be well-prepared to assume a role within our Vendor or Partner Management teams.

Vendor Management Focus:
In the Vendor Management sector, you will act as an entrepreneur within the organization, managing relationships with strategic suppliers and entire product categories.

  • Engage with new suppliers, negotiate terms, make business decisions, and develop marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with international teams across Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the customer experience.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our Retail business processes.

Partner Management Focus:
In the Partner Management area, we provide comprehensive support to retailers, enabling their success on Amazon. You will work with new customers in both national and international contexts, fostering long-term partnerships and engaging with key decision-makers.

  • Advise a diverse range of dealers and continuously enhance their online business.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies in collaboration with partners, including the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns and customized logistics solutions.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses for strategic projects and present findings to management.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (preferably focused on Sales, Purchasing, or Logistics), Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Completion of at least two internships (preferably in E-Commerce, Consulting, Sales, or Logistics).
  • Experience in an international setting (ideally through a semester or internship abroad).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
