We are seeking highly driven, analytically skilled graduates to participate in our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program, focusing on Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace).

Program Overview
During this comprehensive 24-month trainee program, you will receive guidance from senior leaders, industry experts, and mentors who will assist you in acquiring hands-on experience in a vibrant, international setting from day one through practical training.

Throughout the program, you will rotate through various teams, allowing you to explore multiple Amazon divisions. Together with your manager, you will tailor your rotations according to your skills and career aspirations. In each rotation, you will actively engage in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience at Amazon.

Upon completion of the trainee program, you will be well-prepared to assume a role within our Vendor or Partner Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management (Retail) Focus

In the Vendor Management sector, you will act as an entrepreneur within the organization, overseeing relationships with strategic suppliers or entire product categories.

  • Engage with new suppliers, negotiate terms, make business decisions, and formulate marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with international teams across Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the customer experience in your product category
  • Master all relevant processes within our Retail operations
Partner Management (Marketplace) Focus

In the Marketplace division, we provide comprehensive support to retailers globally to ensure their success on Amazon. In Partner Management, you will reach out to new clients in both national and international contexts, building long-term partnerships and engaging with key decision-makers.

  • Independently advise a diverse range of dealers and continuously enhance their online business
  • Collaborate with partners to develop tailored sales strategies, including creating and optimizing marketing campaigns and devising customized logistics solutions
  • Conduct data-driven analyses as part of strategic projects and present findings to management
Basic Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on Sales, Purchasing, or Logistics), Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Completion of at least two internships (preferably in E-Commerce, Consulting, Sales, or Logistics)
  • Experience in an international environment (ideally through a semester or internship abroad)
  • Proficiency in Excel
