At Acrolinx GmbH, we're on a mission to revolutionize content governance with our AI-powered software. As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager in EMEA, you'll play a crucial role in driving new sales opportunities for our European market.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned B2B demand generation marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience in the EMEA market. Your expertise will help us execute multi-channel campaigns that engage target accounts and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities in EMEA.
  • Leverage regional events, webinars, SEO, and outbound programs to engage target accounts across the respective regions.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to identify gaps in target account engagement and key personas.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture ICP leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting and engaging content across our channels, including email, landing pages, and outreach sequences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Regularly optimize performance.
  • Work with the BDR team to ensure proper follow-up and lead hand-off process.
  • Work closely with RevOps to help segment and maintain a healthy and engaged database of target contacts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and demand generation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise demand generation, with a focus on ABM.
  • Experience working in the EMEA market.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Goal driven with the ability to collaborate with the EMEA sales team to understand target audience, market trends, and sales goals.
  • Creative, outside the box thinker who can develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven focus to help drive measurable impact and ROI through campaigns.
  • Independent thinker with a can-do attitude and drive to win.
  • Ability to travel to events and conferences as needed.
