  • Sales Support Coordinator (m/f/d) - Telephony

Your role and our support:

  • Initial support: You will receive comprehensive training through our online program at the in-house Academy, and our local agents will accompany you to appointments for a thorough understanding of the role.
  • Your network: You will start with a robust network of bank and insurance advisors, whom you will support and develop over the phone from day one.
  • Lead generation: Collaborating with partners, you will identify customer potentials and serious sales prospects, passing promising leads to local agents for further management.
  • Sales process involvement: You will maintain professional communication with referrers throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience and fair commission distribution based on performance.
  • Strategic influence: As part of a new unit, you will play a key role in shaping our strategic initiatives and development.
