Operations and Sales Coordinator

We are a dynamic and innovative logistics technology company based in Germany, dedicated to making logistics efficient through technology. Our mission is to create transparency and increase operational efficiency at terminals and depots.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Working Student. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support us in various business areas, including Marketing & Sales, Operations & HR, Product & Tech, and Finance & Accounting.
Responsibilities- Marketing & Sales: Conduct market research, lead strategic sales projects, prepare marketing and sales materials, and ensure a consistent corporate identity.
- Operations & HR: Engage with users, understand their needs, provide insights into our products, and assist with human resources topics.
- Product & Tech: Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, work closely with the development team, and assist in the implementation of agile project management frameworks.
- Finance & Accounting: Assist with daily accounting tasks, contribute to the monthly account closing process, and optimize finance processes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales & marketing, or a related field.
- Ideal initial practical experience through internships or working student positions in startups.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Interest and passion for technology and logistics.
- Continuous learning mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Proficient in German (C2 level or native fluency).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
