Your Role and Our Support:

  • Initial Support: We will assist you during your onboarding process with a structured online training program at our in-house Academy, and our local agents will accompany you to appointments to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role.
  • Your Network: You will begin with a robust network of bank and insurance advisors, which you will support and cultivate over the phone from day one.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborating with partners, you will identify customer potentials and serious sales prospects, passing promising leads to local agents for further management.
  • Sales Process Management: You will maintain communication with agents throughout the sales process, ensuring professional interactions with referrers. Commissions will be fairly distributed based on performance.
  • Strategic Contributions: As part of a new unit, you will play a crucial role in shaping initiatives and influencing our strategic direction.
