Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PAS Lead Engineer to contribute to our business objectives by leveraging expertise to assist the sales and proposals team in exploring new business avenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead or Project Manager to comprehend and meet customer expectations while managing interactions with product vendors, subcontractors, and other teams.
  • Take charge of engineering tasks for assigned projects, applying methodologies and resources to optimize execution costs while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in developing a realistic project schedule, providing essential information regarding resource needs, progress, and potential risks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all technical communications with customers regarding assigned projects, ensuring all team members receive pertinent information.
  • Support the procurement process by detailing specifications for subcontracted work and services, along with required delivery timelines.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work for all engineering tasks, delivering quality results within budget and schedule, while promptly notifying the Project Lead or Manager of any scope changes initiated by the customer.
  • Verify that all engineering activities comply with the company's quality control processes and standards, consistently adhering to HSEQ guidelines.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all project team members, aiding in the achievement of personal development goals.
  • Contribute to bid activities to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Continuously acquire, maintain, and share knowledge and experience with the engineering team and broader organization.
Candidate Profile:
You are a proactive and ambitious leader, dedicated to making a significant impact while upholding integrity. You strive to achieve new objectives alongside your project team and are unafraid to challenge the status quo by suggesting creative solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of vocational training as a state-certified technician, such as an electronics technician for automation technology or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in system design, implementation, and acceptance testing phases of projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet defined deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in direct customer engagement and expectation management.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in local language and strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with DeltaV systems.
