We are seeking a skilled PAS Lead Engineer to drive our engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Lead or Project Manager in meeting customer expectations and managing relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Take charge of engineering tasks on assigned projects, employing methodologies and resources to optimize costs while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Develop a realistic project schedule and provide essential information regarding resource needs, progress, and potential risks.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with customers for assigned projects, ensuring all team members have the necessary information.
- Support the procurement process by detailing specifications for subcontracted services and establishing delivery timelines.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scope and deliverables, keeping the Project Lead or Manager informed of any changes initiated by the customer.
- Verify compliance with the company's quality control processes and ensure adherence to HSEQ standards.
- Foster an inclusive environment within the project team, supporting team members in achieving their personal development goals.
- Contribute to bid activities by fully understanding customer requirements and proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Continuously acquire and share knowledge and experience with the engineering team and broader organization.

Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a state-certified technician, such as an electronics technician for automation technology or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in system design, implementation, and project testing phases.
- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to defined timelines.
- Extensive experience in direct customer engagement and expectation management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in local language and English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience with DeltaV systems.
