Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle to meet essential performance indicators
  • Concentrate on securing new clientele
  • Formulate your personalized go-to-market approach
  • Enhance pipeline growth through customer outreach, marketing initiatives, and market analysis
  • Actively develop and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the software sector
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a professional attitude
  • Driven by results with a strong strategic mindset
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Background in services or consulting
  • Capability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently
  • Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales goals
  • Strong technological skills, including familiarity with sales automation tools
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
