Deine Aufgaben: Du machst den Unterschied.
  • In der Position des B2B Sales Representatives - Internal Sales (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Neukunden und überzeugst sie von unseren Produkten.
  • Du qualifizierst und bearbeitest vorhandene Kontaktdaten (Online-Leads).
  • Du legst den Grundstein für langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Zusätzlich vereinbarst du Termine für unsere Außendienstmitarbeiter.
  • Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört die Pflege relevanter Daten in unserem CRM-System.
  • Dein Tätigkeitsfeld wird ergänzt durch projektbezogene Kaltakquise sowie Marketingkampagnen.
Dein Profil: Du bringst frischen Wind.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, in der Kundenbetreuung oder in der Terminierung von Neukunden gesammelt.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. Auch Quereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb sind von Vorteil.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus.
  • Der Umgang mit gängigen MS Office und CRM-Systemen liegt dir.
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bringst Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team.
