Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at RH Unternehmerwissen GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
