Regional Sales Manager, DACH

Oracle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell Oracle Communications Applications products in the DACH region, leveraging our cloud-native billing and rating solution and world-class OSS solution.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for license and first-year maintenance.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase awareness of Oracle Communications' products in the DACH region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Oracle Communications customers in the region, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver value propositions that meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- 7+ years of experience selling enterprise application software in the BSS/OSS domain.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and influencers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and strong English skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
