HR Business Partner:in Plant Hemer

We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at GROHE. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our management team and employees at our Hemer plant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our management team, providing guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and labor law.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance our company culture.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to design and deliver training programs, employee communications, and other initiatives to support our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, labor relations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory, with excellent written and spoken English skills.
