**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at GROHE. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our management team and employees at our Hemer plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employment law, labor relations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across locations to drive HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Support the management team in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven experience in employment law, labor relations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
