Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Grohe AG. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our management team, focusing on talent acquisition, employee experience, and labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for industrial employees, technical and commercial employees, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Employee Experience: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.
  • Works Council Support: Collaborate with the works council to address local and overarching issues.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, including cross-location initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completed studies in human resources and/or labor law.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee experience, and labor law compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management, employees, and works councils.
  • Language: Fluency in German is mandatory, with very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Office applications, with knowledge of Google Workspace and/or SAP/HR an advantage.
