About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Operations Support & Control team in Germany. As a Client Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in the processing of trustee approvals, physical securities, and fund events instructed by German depositary and custody-only clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process account-related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction, answering inquiries and resolving problems or issues.
  • Participate in straightforward product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high-value transactions.
  • Integrate in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Manage situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response.

Leadership and Job Scope

  • May be responsible for allocating and checking work of support team members, as well as specific supervisory review, training, and approval actions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Years of total work experience is preferred, with experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
