Shape Our Future: Intern in People & Culture at Westwing

As an Intern in People & Culture, you'll play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives within our dynamic team. You'll collaborate on current HR projects, taking ownership of sub-projects and contributing to process improvements across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with executives and a talented team of professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on ongoing HR projects and lead sub-projects, such as facilitating training sessions and creating process documentation.
  • Contribute to the identification, implementation, optimization, and standardization of HR processes, including global workflow enhancements and change management initiatives.
  • Develop compelling communication materials for various stakeholders, including presentations and guidance documents, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of key HR performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests, such as conducting analyses, preparing reports, and researching industry trends to stay abreast of current HR developments.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • A self-motivated, responsible, and structured work ethic with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
