We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Manager People & Culture to join our team at ALLPLAN Schweiz AG. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of HRIS systems, driving digital transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation.
About the Role
- Lead the implementation of HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and address issues.
- Drive adoption of digital tools among HR staff and employees through training and support.
- Identify and implement HR process automation opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Create HR dashboards and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business results.
- Lead and mentor a team member dedicated to supporting digitalization initiatives within the HR department.
- Maintenance and administration of our existing HR system rexx and future HRIS Success Factors.
About You
- Experience with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, in particular Success Factors.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of HR processes and metrics combined with a focus on digital solutions and automation.
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with goal-oriented pragmatism.
- Team-orientated approach and ability to work effectively with diverse team members.
- Interest and motivation to take on a leadership role.
- Fluent German and English skills.
