Als Intern / Working Student im Bereich People & Culture bist du an vorderster Front dabei, unsere Unternehmenskultur zu gestalten, das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter zu fördern und die Entwicklung unseres Teams zu steuern. Bei Predium steht eine positive Employee Journey an erster Stelle, und du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, die Essenz der Arbeit bei Predium zu definieren und eine lebendige Arbeitsatmosphäre zu schaffen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung in den Bereichen Office Management, Event-Planung, People Development, sowie People Operations und garantierst damit eine erstklassige Mitarbeitererfahrung. Your Responsibilities
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Office Management und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des täglichen Betriebs und eine produktive Arbeitsumgebung - identifiziere und implementiere Verbesserungen, um die Effizienz zu steigern.
  • Du organisierst und leitest inspirierende Teamevents, um die Zusammenarbeit zu fördern und den Teamzusammenhalt sowie die Moral zu stärken - entwickle kreative Konzepte für zukünftige Events.
  • Du unterstützt die Entwicklung und Implementierung von People Development Programmen, um das Wachstum und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter zu fördern.
  • Du hilfst bei der Optimierung von People Operations und stellst schlanke und effiziente Prozesse sicher.
  • Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle im Onboarding-Prozess neuer Mitarbeiter und stellst sicher, dass der Offboarding-Prozess für ausscheidende Mitarbeiter positiv verläuft.
Your Profile
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich People & Culture - vorzugsweise in einem Startup - gesammelt.
  • Du bringst starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit und hast Freude daran, außergewöhnliche Kandidaten aus aller Welt zu treffen.
  • Du hast ein hervorragendes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement und bist ein Profi, wenn es um Organisation geht.
  • Du suchst viel Verantwortung und eine steile Lernkurve zieht dich magisch an.
  • Du kannst fließend auf Englisch und Deutsch kommunizieren - mündlich, wie schriftlich.

  • Du bringst grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Office Management, Event-Planning, People Development oder People Operations mit.
