Business Development Intern

OVERVIEW
As a Business Development Intern - People Focus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our strategic objectives within People & Culture. Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing essential improvement initiatives in close collaboration with our Chief People Officer. This role encompasses both analytical and operational tasks, allowing you to take on significant responsibilities from the outset. You will experience a steep learning curve, working alongside our Executives and a highly skilled, dynamic, and diverse team. This internship is limited to 6 months and is based in Munich.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate on ongoing HR initiatives and manage specific sub-projects, including facilitating training sessions and creating process documentation.
- Engage in the identification, implementation, optimization, and standardization of HR processes, focusing on global workflow enhancements and change management.
- Develop communication materials, such as presentations and guidance documents, for various stakeholders, ensuring senior visibility.
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of relevant HR KPIs, deriving actionable insights.
- Support ad-hoc requests, including analyses and reports, while conducting trend research to stay informed about current HR developments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in business administration, management, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous practical experience through internships is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension skills.
- Independent, responsible, and structured approach to work, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Friendly, communicative, discreet, and motivated personality.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
